On Monday, 9th March 2020, took place the latest ICCS board meeting. via videoconference the board members from Spain, Germany, Wales, Norway and Finland had the chance to discuss about current ICCS issues.
The main focus was on the organisation of the so-called “future lab”, a meeting of the ICCS correspondents and other interested persons to think about the future of the network and develop a common vision for the work of the next years. It will take place at Loegumkloster in Denmark from 2nd– 4th June 2020. The board decided on the programme outline and organisational matters.
In view of the Corona virus epidemic which currently affects all kinds of meetings and travels all around Europe, the board decided to monitor closely how the situation is evolving. For now, the “future lab” should continue to take place. If the board was forced to cancel the event, a virtual meeting via videoconference should be set up.
The next board meeting will take place on 6th May 2020 via videoconference.
