In its June meeting the ICCS board members have reorganised their collaboration within the Europe wide network. After three new members had joined the board during the last couple of months, it was time to take a closer look on how to steer together the ICCS activities in the future.

Five main areas of tasks have been identified: administrative tasks, the organisation of meetings, public relations, membership management and the cooperation with partners.

While Bianca Kappelhoff will represent ICCS at CoGREE meetings and in the Conference of European Churches’ thematic group on education, Dr Kaarina Lyhykäinen will be responsible for the membership management and the contact to the correspondents. Secretary Dr Tania ap Siôn assures the ongoing administrative and financial tasks. Dr Werner Haußmann is involved in the organisation of the two major upcoming events: Klingenthal and future lab.

All board members are happy about this very constructive way of tackling ICCS’ activities and are looking forward to working together during the next months and years.

Along with this reallocation of tasks two board members were appointed for new official roles. Read more here.
